Our story
1964
The first hotel and the beginning of hospitality
During Italy’s economic boom, Gino Pincini builds the family’s first hotel in the heart of Garda: Hotel Astoria. Stylish and welcoming, it marks the beginning of a deep connection with the region and the world of hospitality.
1975
From lake to hillside: Residence San Michele is born
Residence San Michele is created among the olive trees in Costermano sul Garda. Gino’s grandson, Paolo Pincini, expands the offering by introducing residential stays – more independent and closer to nature.
19941994
Strengthening the hospitality offering
Paolo Pincini’s sons – Francesco, Luigino, and Aldo – take over the business and strengthen its identity. They expand the accommodation range, continue to personally manage the properties, and set the stage for a more structured organization.
2021
The birth of the Pincini Hotels group
Under the leadership of the third generation – Ludovico, Ilaria, and Gregorio Pincini – the group Pincini Hotels s.r.l. is founded. A structured company is born, focused on offering authentic, sustainable hospitality rooted in the Lake Garda region, with a long-term vision for growth.
